About Old Chatham Golf Club Old Chatham is a private club offering a sanctuary for those with a passion for golf built around exceptional camaraderie, service and amenities. Our vision is to be a nationally recognized club that provides an exceptional golf experience. Old Chatham was conceived as, and will forever be, a gathering of friends around the game of golf. In 1999, business leaders from around the Triangle teamed up to a find a secluded 400 acres, where they could build their vision of a golf-only club. They found a perfect spot between Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, tucked away from the area’s rapid growth. There are no residential homes anywhere on the property, nor around the property. Old Chatham has been very proud to successfully host: 2026 U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship 2019 65th US Senior Amateur Championship 2018 North Carolina Senior Four Ball Championship 2017 Carolinas Super Senior Four Ball Championship 2014 North Carolina Mid-Amateur Championship 2009 North Carolina Amateur Championship

A note from Carolinas Golf Foundation: The Carolinas Golf Foundation's mission is to provide access to life-changing opportunities through the game of golf! We support Carolinas-based programs that expand the game’s reach to strengthen golf communities which includes college scholarships, junior and women’s golf development, inclusion and adaptive initiatives, and turfgrass programs.
