About Raintree Country Club Members of Raintree Country Club have the luxury of choosing between two Championship 18-hole golf courses, each providing a different and unique challenge for golfers of all levels. We offer an outstanding practice facility with a driving range, two practice greens, and a teaching area. The North Course at Raintree measures just over 6600 yards from the Championship Tees, but don't be deceived by its length. The course requires accurate tee shots and approach shots into well-protected greens. The signature 9th hole is a beautiful elevated tee shot over the lake that will test even the most experienced golfer. Beautiful bent grass greens provide an exceptional surface for all our Members and guests. The course winds through the hills and tall trees and hosted the Symetra Classic for 5 years, a favorite stop for the tour players challenging to make the LPGA Tour. Raintree's South Course measures just over 7000 yards from the Championship Tees. It features beautiful tree-lined fairways and ample driving space on most holes, creating a challenging and fun experience for every golfer. The South Course has 5 par fives and 5 par threes, with water coming into play on more than half the holes. The 10th hole offers an elevated tee shot with a beautiful view of the Charlotte skyline in the fall and winter months. It has been host to a number of amateur and professional events over the years, offering our Members and Guests a wonderful experience every time out.
