In 1999, business leaders from around the Triangle teamed up to a find a secluded 400 acres, where they could build their vision of a golf-only club. They found a perfect spot between Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, tucked away from the area’s rapid growth. There are no residential homes anywhere on the property, nor around the property.
